低場強MRI對肝臟挫裂傷的診斷

【摘要】 目的 探討肝臟挫裂傷的MRI診斷價值。方法 回顧分析我院MRI診斷為肝臟挫裂傷的病例27例，外科手術證實3例。結果 肝臟包膜下血腫5例，肝臟實質挫傷21例，肝臟挫裂傷并肝臟內血腫1例。結論 MRI是診斷肝臟挫裂傷最好的方法，特別是輕微的肝臟實質內挫裂傷，明顯優于超聲和CT。

Abstract: Objective Toevaluate the MRI diggnostio value of hepatic blunt trauma. Methoda To retrospectively analyze the MRI hepatic blunt trauma in 27 cases,three cases were comfirmed by operation. Resules Hepatic of subcapsular hematoma in 5 cases,hepatic lobar tissue destruction in 21 cases,hepatic contusion and hepatic hematoma in 1cases. Conclusion MRI diagnosis of liver laceration is the best way,Especially minor hepatic parenchymal contusion,was superior to CT and ultrasound.
